|Recommended: YesHidden Gem — We have been trying to get into an apartment here for over a year, and we were finally able to move in. We could'nt be more satisfied with the staff, Pat, and Tracy are super nice people, and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable here. Jerry, and Dave from Maintenance are equally nice people, and treat everone like family. Our two bedroom unit is very nice. I myself like the workout room, which I use once or twice a day. My wife loves the heated pool, and afterwards, a dip in the hot tub.
On occasion we visit the game room, to have a nice friendly game of pool.
We are very happy to be able to live here, and truly believe this property is a hidden Gem.

|Recommended: YesUpgrade apartments — it would be good if there was an upgrade on the individual apartments, lots of things needing repair and up to date things.

The good news is, we have already began the process of upgrading our units one by one! :) Don't forget that if you do have items that are not working as they should, you can call the office or submit a work order for maintenance. We are here if you need us.

|Recommended: YesNew Tennant — Recently moved in and building is in process of getting painted which it needed. Landscaping could use improvement next and pool area is a little small for lounging. Hallways and elevators are warm. Overall very happy living here.
|Recommended: YesI do like it here, a few people have been nice and friendly — I am disappointed that the pool has been unavailable to use since I moved in on June 29th. I understand they are painting the building but it has been over 3 weeks that the back is being painted.
|Recommended: YesRecently Moved in — All the staff have been very kind and helpful. The move in process and application process was fast and smooth. The condo was clean and ready to just unpack the day of arrival. The outside of the building I was told is scheduled to be repainted this year. Very excited to live here
|Recommended: NoManagement at the Landings of Sea forest — The management, Tammy, is not an appropriate manager. She is rude and speaks to the tenants harshly. I would be upset if my mother or grandparents were treated this way. A person in customer service should be respectful and speak appropriately, as they have a professional job. I have spoke to some of the residents and they have stated that Tammy treats them all poorly. This is a very nice facility and would recommend them but only if you do not plan on associating with the manager at The Landings of Seaforest.

|Recommended: YesI really liked everything the apartment, the clean building, the pleasant atmosphere and the beautiful landscape — I will tell, that I live in a very comfortable apartment, and also enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. I have all the conditions for a quality life and can engage in various activities,. I am amazed at how comfortable and wonderful the life in the building is and I understand that this is the coordinated work of all departments. My respect to the staff of the building
